Our process.

First, we identify the quality goals for the IT solutions. Following the goals, we define the scope of our work.

The scope will determine everything we need to accomplish to satisfy the client's needs. Our team leaders will determine the testing plan, based on the available documentation (provided by the client) and the list of tasks.

After getting approval from the client, the Quality Control team will perform the necessary tests. The team will compose a complete and detailed report for the client. Finally, this report will be presented to the client.
